Highlights

2008-Present
Field Engineer engaged by PlantCML, in partnering with Verizon's solutions for the New York City Emergency Communications Transformation Plan (ECTP).  This project involves multiple sites (one of them being the world's largest 911 call center, and over a thousand positions for NYPD, FDNY and EMS.

2005 - 2007
Provided Tier 2 support for Verizon during the state-wide upgrade of all (270+) 911 sytems for The Commonwealth Of Massachussetts.

2004 - 2005
Direct participation in hardening PlantCML solutions in accordance with DoD guidelines for the
Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).
